Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a policy approach to sustainability intended to bridge the gap between raw materials and waste in a circular economy. EPR product laws are common, but the first EPR packaging law in the US was passed just last year. There are now five states with active EPR packaging laws, and dozens more with bills introduced.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss the purpose of EPR packaging laws and the potential impacts on sustainability. We’ll dive into the logistics of active laws and the practical implications for packaging providers.
